Saiyaara Movie Story

Krish Kapoor, a bold and angry musician, seeks to make a name for himself in the world of music by confronting the pain of his past. He has deep emotional wounds and uses music to process his emotions, which often come out as wild and harmful acts. His life changes when he meets Vani Batra, a quiet girl who works at a publishing company. When Krish reads Vani’s deep and personal poems, he sees not only her talent but also the opportunity for a strong connection.

Vani, who has gone through her own pain, slowly finds strength through her bond with Krish. As they make music together, both begin to heal – Vani begins to open up, and Krish finds meditation and peace with her. The first part of the film shows how their healing and their musical partnership grow beautifully.

The situation takes a tragic turn when Vani discovers that she has Alzheimer’s disease. She starts forgetting small things and gradually forgets her love for Krish. Initially, she hides her illness from him, but the situation worsens when her ex-boyfriend Mahesh returns and tries to take advantage of her condition. In a sad moment, Vani calls Krish by Mahesh’s name, which hurts Krish a lot, although he keeps quiet. Even after all this, Krish remains loyal to her.

Krish tells the story of a friend whose girlfriend is slowly drifting away, Vani writes the song “Saiyaara” to stop her. When Vani suddenly disappears, Krish relies on the success of “Saiyaara” to find her. The song becomes very popular worldwide. While preparing for a big concert at Wembley Stadium, Krish watches a viral video of Vani in Himachal Pradesh. He leaves everything behind and finds her in an ashram, where she does not remember him. Krish helps her recall their past through old memories and emotions.

The film ends with Krish and Vaani getting married as they celebrate their love during a concert at Wembley.

Saiyaara Movie Review And Story

Saiyaara Movie Review

After giving some boring films, Mohit Suri, who enjoys showing sad love stories on screen, returns to his Aashiqui style with a fresh and soft love story that feels both calm and intense. Saiyara tells a touching story of deep love lived with a young heart. It feels like a Mahesh Bhatt drama with Yash Raj Romance in its emotional style.

Here, mental health becomes the main issue. The story reflects how love is often turned into a product in today’s world. Mohit takes us back to the days before light-hearted romantic-comedies, when the pain of love came through music, giving was considered special, and love meant caring without getting anything in return.

With Irshad Kamil’s beautiful line – “Saiyaara mera badla nahi hai, mausam dokhta badla hua hai” (My love, you are still the same, it’s just that times have changed), the songs composed by five music directors slowly grow on you and feel natural.

At the centre, Mohit sticks to his usual story, where Krish, an angry singer and composer, finds peace in Vaani, a smart writer who stays away from social media. As she gives meaning to her songs, they create memories and create magic. But when one forgets their partner over time, can they still make new memories with the same person? Mohit asks this question to today’s social media crowd.

As Krish and Vaani, newcomers Ahan Pandey and Aneet Padda bring real energy. The new actors are seen playing today’s youth in a realistic and balanced way – not as idiots or angry people, but as normal, sensible people.

Ahan brings charm and focus, mixing stardom with the sincerity of a good actor. Aneet brings real emotion and shows that he can make you laugh and cry. He is not just a sweet face – he plays his tough role with strong emotions and skill.

As the voice, he becomes the heart of the film, directing this stormy love between a young musician with father issues and a writer tormented by a past relationship. As they help each other heal, we move on a journey full of ups and downs. The real spark between them keeps the story going, even when it touches on old ideas or when digital tricks get in the way of a natural feel.
